With Yvette Zwyssig RCC
Since opening the doors of my practice in 1993, I’ve been committed to supporting clients through life’s most challenging moments.
Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even exhausting — but you don’t have to face it alone. Through an integrative, evidence-based approach, I offer therapy that promotes clarity, emotional awareness, and empowered decision-making. Together, we can work through obstacles and create meaningful change.

Serving Clients Since 1993
From a young age, I was deeply curious about the human mind, how we think, feel, and relate. That passion led me to study psychological science and turn it into a lifelong vocation.
For over 30 years, I’ve supported individuals facing emotional challenges, life transitions, and crisis moments. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space for healing, insight, and meaningful change.
Thank you for your interest in my services.

I use some Jung’s take on the psychology which was extracted from the Freudian theories of the mind. Jung aimed at using psychoanalytical techniques to address the conscious part of the human mind, and find the source of conflict and trauma. Using the symbolism in the mythological constructs of several past civilizations while using the Freudian concept of projection to ingrain his own idea of the inconscient mind into the theory of the collective unconscious.
